With over 30 years of international experience at the intersection of marketing and live events, Adam has built a global reputation as a world-class event and experience producer. His career spans a remarkable spectrum of high-profile productions — from fashion shows and televised live events to theatrical performances, international sporting ceremonies, large-scale consumer campaigns, and immersive brand activations. In 2003, he served as the Producer of the Closing Ceremony for the 2006 Commonwealth Games in Melbourne, Australia. From 2007 to 2018, he lived and worked in China, one of the world’s most complex and rapidly evolving markets, shaping his global perspective. In 2018, he relocated to Dallas, Texas, to join Freeman’s corporate headquarters, taking on global leadership of its agency business. Following Freeman’s acquisition of Sparks in 2023, he was named Chief Growth Officer of Sparks — a leading global brand experience agency known for designing and delivering transformative marketing experiences. At Sparks, he partners with some of the world’s most iconic brands to craft incredible experiences through live events, trade show exhibits, and interactive storytelling that deliver measurable business results. He is widely respected for his ability to cultivate enduring relationships with clients, staff, and partners, and is passionate about building cultures that empower people to do their best work. His leadership philosophy centers on the belief that a company’s internal culture is its most powerful engine for value creation — one that drives long-term success for all stakeholders.
